Funding Criteria & Guidance

There are a number of requirements and restrictions on how LCF monies can be utilised and applied. These are established by HM Revenue & Customs and are interpreted and monitored by the government appointed Regulator, ENTRUST. Also, the SET Trustees have established some additional criteria required for Grant Funding. In order to help applicants understand the whole process, our procedures, what we won’t fund and other useful notes, we have prepared some General Guidance Notes.
